Ingredients:

  • 1 sheet nori
  • 1 cup sushi rice
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup crab meat, shredded
  • 1/4 cup smoked salmon, sliced
  • 1/4 cup spicy mayo sauce
  • 1/4 cup eel sauce
  • Sesame seeds
  • Wasabi paste
  • Soy sauce
  • Sushi rice vinegar (for seasoning sushi rice)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare sushi rice: Season sushi rice with sushi rice vinegar according to package instructions.
  2. Assemble sushi roll: Place a sheet of nori on a sushi mat, shiny side down. Spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a small space at the top.
  3. Add fillings: Place avocado slices, crab meat, and smoked salmon on the rice.
  4. Roll sushi: Roll the sushi tightly, using the sushi mat to help you.
  5. Top with spicy mayo: Drizzle spicy mayo sauce over the sushi roll.
  6. Cut and serve: Cut the sushi roll into 6-8 pieces. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with wasabi paste and soy sauce for dipping.
