  • 1/4 cup sliced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup eel sauce
  • Wasabi paste
  • Soy sauce
  • Sushi rice vinegar (for seasoning sushi rice)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare sushi rice: Season sushi rice with sushi rice vinegar according to package instructions.
  2. Assemble sushi roll: Place a sheet of nori on a sushi mat, shiny side down. Spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a small space at the top.
  3. Add fillings: Place avocado slices, crab meat, and cream cheese along the bottom of the rice.
  4. Add vegetables: Top with mixed greens, carrots, and red bell pepper.
  5. Roll sushi: Roll the sushi tightly, using the sushi mat to help you.
