Ingredients:

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • 1/2 cup dynamite sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)
  • Tartar sauce or aioli (for dipping)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare shrimp: Dredge shrimp in flour mixture, then dip in egg mixture.
  2. Fry: Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C). Fry shrimp in batches for 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  3. Toss in sauce: Toss cooked shrimp in dynamite sauce.
  4. Serve: Serve immediately with lemon wedges and your favorite dipping sauce.
