Ingredients:

  • For the ribs:
    • 1 rack of pork ribs
    • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
    • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
    • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • For the fries:
    • 2 large potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare ribs: Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs. Rub with barbecue sauce, brown sugar, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook ribs: Cook ribs in a slow cooker on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours.
  3. Prepare fries: Toss potato wedges with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Serve: Serve ribs with crispy fries.
