Ingredients:

For the sandwich:

  • 3 slices of bread
  • 3 slices bacon, cooked crispy
  • 1 lettuce leaf, washed and dried
  • 2 slices tomato, about 1/4 inch thick
  • 2 slices cheese (cheddar, Swiss, or provolone)
  • Mayonnaise

For the sweet potato fries:

  • 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into thick strips
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the ingredients: Toast the bread slices, cook the bacon, and slice the lettuce and tomato.
  2. Assemble the sandwich: Spread mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice. Place a slice of bacon on the bottom slice, followed by lettuce, tomato, and cheese. Top with the remaining bread slice.
  3. Cut and serve: Cut the sandwich in half diagonally.
  4. Make the sweet potato fries: Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Toss sweet potato strips with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy.
