Ingredients:

  • For the sushi roll:
    • 1 sheet nori
    • 1 cup sushi rice
    • 1 avocado, sliced
    • 1/2 cup crab meat, shredded
    • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened

  • For the toppings:
    • 1/4 cup spicy mayo sauce
    • Tempura flakes
    • Sesame seeds

  • For serving:
    • Soy sauce
    • Wasabi paste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare sushi rice: Season sushi rice with sushi rice vinegar according to package instructions.
  2. Assemble sushi roll: Place a sheet of nori on a sushi mat, shiny side down. Spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a small space at the top.
  3. Add fillings: Place avocado, crab meat, and cream cheese along the bottom of the rice.
  4. Roll sushi: Roll the sushi tightly, using the sushi mat to help you.
  5. Top with spicy mayo: Drizzle spicy mayo sauce over the sushi roll.
  6. Coat with tempura flakes: Roll the sushi in tempura flakes.
  7. Cut and serve: Cut the sushi roll into 6-8 pieces. Serve with soy sauce and wasabi paste.
