Recipe of Nasi Goreng
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 chili pepper, sliced
- 1/2 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon kecap manis (sweet soy sauce)
- 1 teaspoon sambal oelek (chili sauce)
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Heat oil: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté vegetables: Add onion, garlic, and chili pepper to the skillet and sauté until fragrant.
