Ingredients:

  • 1 pound linguine
  • 1 pound mussels, scrubbed and debearded
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound clams, scrubbed
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook the pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the linguine and cook according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare the seafood: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant. Add the mussels, shrimp, and clams to the skillet. Cover and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until the mussels open and the shrimp and clams are cooked through. Discard any unopened mussels.
  3. Make the sauce: Remove the seafood from the skillet and set aside. Add the white wine to the skillet and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the alcohol has evaporated. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the sauce thickens slightly.
  4. Combine and serve: Return the cooked seafood to the skillet and toss with the pasta and sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
