Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • Fresh berries (raspberries, blueberries)
  • Sliced bananas

Instructions:

  1. Combine ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine cottage cheese, egg, flour, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form patties: Scoop out about 1/4 cup of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Flatten the ball into a pancake. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
  3. Cook: Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the pancakes until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. Serve: Arrange the cooked syrniki on a plate. Top with fresh berries and sliced bananas.
