  • 1 large egg

  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • Fresh berries (raspberries, blackberries)
  • Powdered sugar

Instructions:

  2. Form patties: Scoop out about 1/4 cup of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Flatten the ball into a pancake. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
  3. Cook: Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the pancakes until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. Serve: Arrange the cooked syrniki on a plate. Top with fresh berries and a dusting of powdered sugar.
